The feed back we have had from guests has been absolutely amazing, and the one notable common theme was what a fabulous venue All Smiles at Sorrento was for a wedding. Everyone commented on the quality and the amount of the food, and also the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to make the whole event successful.

To say Kat and her staff were helpful is an understatement. She felt every part of the wedding as if it was her own, and her contribution and participation made every step so easy and re assuring. Every business would dream of having staff like her.

From our initial visit with Michelle, and with every phone call and communication (all emails and phone calls were answered promptly and efficiently) I can honestly say that All Smiles is one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with.

I am a hairdresser in the Dandenongs and have the opportunity to speak to lots of ladies, and I can assure you that I will have no hesitation in recommending All Smiles.

Our wedding day was perfect. The staff was great and made our wedding very relaxing and special. The scenery was amazing and we could not have found a more perfect place for such a special day. Kat the manager was very kind and relaxed and really made our day. The staff were more than happy to help us with any requests that we had, which really put our minds to ease. Brett and I arrived unannounced to check out the fabulous location and venue of All Smiles Sorrento one early afternoon in late February. Kat introduced herself, sat down and spent the next hour chatting away about the venue and options available to us for our wedding.

We were so impressed with the venue, the staff, with Kat and her approach and the wonderful idea of a cocktail style winter wedding that we booked in a date for August 11th!

Needless to say the next few months were a blur of organisation, and Kat kept in touch during the lead up to the big day.

We were thoroughly comforted with the knowledge that Kat had everything under control, and made sure we had ticked all of the boxes on our to do list. We had assembled a great team to make the day a success from our fabulous celebrant, photographer, make up artist and photo booth to the band for the evening. We couldn't wait for the big day to arrive - just a little nervous about the weather!

On the day, Brett, the groom had to choose inside or outside, and we look back at photos and aren't we glad we did the latter! How can you match that back drop of the magnificent ocean?  Our photos are fabulous of the ceremony, and we had a great time, including our sons and family.

To Kat and your team, we have received so many comments on the fabulous food and service on the day - you are without a doubt an absolute gem Kat!

Not only are you fantastic at your job, but you truly enjoy yourself too, and that makes the sincerity of your service so much more unique! Our boys had a great time, and all of the guests, and the warmth and energy within the venue is a credit to you all. We would thoroughly recommend All Smiles to any one intending a function of any type, and certainly it is a great venue for a wedding.

Dear Kat and the Team at All Smiles,

We are writing to you to thank you for the most amazing day of our lives.

We will never ever be able to put into words how grateful we are to you all for making our wedding day so special.

We can still both remember the first day back in October 2010 when we came down to Sorrento and met Kat for the first time. It was the first (and only) wedding reception that we looked at. After meeting Kat, and feeling absolutely at home, we immediately fell in love with All Smiles Sorrento for our wedding! Over the next 16 months we had many visits and lunches to All Smiles, with Kat always greeting us with a huge smile on her face, a big hug and a great laugh!

As the weeks grew closer, the visits, calls, and messages increased with Kat always reassuring us everything would work out perfectly! When our big day finally arrived, and our Limo rolled into All Smiles, again I was met with a huge big smile and hug from Kat.

As promised, everything went perfectly!

Our Ceremony was amazing, on the clifftop overlooking Sorrento Ocean Beach. The warm summer breeze and amazing blue water set the mood perfectly. The photos on the rocks of Sorrento Ocean Beach are spectacular! And we had the most amazing sunset you could ask for!

Our reception was honestly the biggest and most fun party we have ever been too! The dance floor was full the entire night and all of our guest told us it was the most amazing, fun and memorable wedding they had ever been too!

Thank you so much All Smiles, we can never thank you enough for our most amazing wedding and we look forward to coming down for lunch for many more years to come! Thank you again, especially to the gorgeous Kat. We really couldn’t have done it without you!

...You guys were great, from the very first meeting at the bridal expo in Melbourne, right up until the big day and even beyond.

Dean was great, who told us all about how you guys worked and what you could offer. He showed us around Warranwood and directed us to Sorrento, where we fell in love immediately. Once the decision was made Dean and Michelle were great corresponding with me via email to get the event order sorted and to answer my many questions. Nothing was too hard or too much trouble!

When the day got closer you were willing to help with anything and everything, and made sure every little detail was covered. Meeting with you the day before our wedding was fantastic, it felt like you already knew where we wanted all our extra bits and pieces to go, and that you were genuinely excited for us.

Even when the big moment arrived and the weather decided to turn, you guys were on the ball and ready to shift our ceremony indoors in an instant. My arrival, the photography, the ceremony, the music, everything went so smoothly and was just perfect.

So many people commented to us that our wedding was one of the best they've been to, how delicious the food was and how lovely the staff were. I loved the fact you and the girls made sure I always had a drink in my hand and that I ate lots!

Everyone had a great time, and most importantly, so did we.

I have been recommending All Smiles to everyone! Thank you so much again for helping make our wedding the best day of our lives!

We loved having our wedding at All Smiles Sorrento Ocean beach!

From the first day we went there to have a look at the venue we knew it would be the perfect place... and we were right.

Our ceremony was held overlooking the ocean, the best spot for amazing photos.

The reception was great, the food was fantastic and we had compliments off all our guests.

Kat and her staff were awesome, very helpful, happy and just willing to do absolutely anything for us, even have a boogie on the dance floor.

We have been told by many of our guests that ours was the best wedding they have been to in a long time.

Amazing.. We really did pick the most perfect venue for our wedding day.

We have to say a HUGE thank-you Kat, she made the day/night run so smoothly. Having two young boys she helped though the night,the staff were great getting them into bed, which they set up in the back room.

Kat was so helpful, especially on our big day. Any request was answered quickly, she made sure we had enough to eat in between chatting friends and family, she was always there when and if we needed her and would always ask us if everything was going ok. And made sure the cocktails were always in our hands!

My mum was worried about having a cocktail wedding with the food side of things, but the food was amazing and kept coming through out the whole night, all of our guests were raving about how yummy and full they were and not one of them went to Macca's on the way home!! And of course the views and the set up were beautiful. Photos turned out fantastic.

Thank you to everyone at All Smiles. Our day was perfect and we owe it all to the wonderful staff and venue. It was absolutely the best day of our lives.

Sorrento I am shattered it is all over I cried! And have cried so many times hahah I just want to do it all again. I had the most amazing time! You guys are brilliant at what you do. We have received so many phone calls from our guests complimenting the whole day but in particular All Smiles for everything from your service, food, drinks, venue, everything. Even for our guests with special dietary requirements you accommodated their needs and they personally thanked us for the effort you went to which was to ensure they didn’t go hungry! I just keep reliving the moment over and over again in my head. I cannot wait to see our video and photos.
