Thank you so much to all of the staff at All Smiles for making our wedding the best night of our lives! We really appreciate all of your assistance in the lead up to and on our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for any of you, the venue was set up exactly as I requested and everything was amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food! We are so thrilled we chose All Smiles as our venue as we can’t imagine it would’ve been the same having it elsewhere. A big thank you to Kat for always greeting us with open arms whenever we brought guests in the view All Smiles before the wedding. your hospitality is amazing!! We always felt so welcome. And thanks for making our wedding so much fun with your happy demeanour, dancing with us and just being generally lovely. We are so grateful to you all!!! We look forward to coming back for an anniversary lunch or something down the track for some more of your amazing food!

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and the team from All Smiles! Right from the beginning when I first met with Kat down at Sorrento it was just so easy and comfortable and exciting and I instantly knew that this was where we wanted to get married. I didn't even look anywhere else!

Just wanted to say thank you for a great function at our wedding.

The venue was perfect and the food was tasty and plentiful.  Our guests also commented about how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout the function.  It is obviously you all love your work, and it shows.

One of my nephews also tells me that you or one of your staff went out of their way to make some nuggets and chips for one of the little ones on the day.  It was very much appreciated by my nephew and Gary and I that you are so thoughtful.  Everyone said they were so full and loved the little ice-cream cones.  Compliments to the chef!

I also want to thank you for all the assistance you gave to Gary and I leading up to the wedding and during the wedding.  If I accept your every offer for a drink on the night, I would not have made it to the wedding night!  It was very thoughtful of you.

We already spoke to Michelle on the Sunday and expressed our appreciation however, we would like to thank everyone for making our wedding function perfect and fulfilled all our expectations!

We aboslutely can not thank you and everyone at All Smiles enough for making our night perfect! You and all the staff on the night did an amazing job with all of the food requirements! I know it was a big ask and you did it fantastically. Everyone was so happy and we have had nothing but positive comments about the food and the service.

My mum and dad asked me to send along their thanks. They were ecstatic with the way everything went, and they loved the food. And for my dad to say he loved the food is a big call! But he especially wanted me to let you know how grateful he is and how happy he was. So a big thankyou from the Italians!

And as for Russ and I, well we had an awesome time! We absolutely loved everything about the night and All Smiles! It was just awesome. Everyone had a great night and can't stop talking about it so we are stoked that it all went off so well. Can you please pass along our thanks to Michelle, she was great. And can you please pass on a super big thankyou to Danni. She was amazing. She had everything under control and was there whenever we needed anything. She did a fantastic job sorting out everyone and the food, and just looked after us wonderfully in general. So could a special thankyou please be passed on to her. She was fantastic.

So a very big thankyou to All Smiles for one bloody great night! We have attached some photos of us all have the best night ever!

Sunday 6th November 2011 @ All Smiles Sorrento Ocean Beach

We had a ball at our wedding! It was perfect..........except for the weather - which was a little cool and breezy (which you'll see from the photos, even though you probably won't see that my hands were blue when we were exchanging rings)! We absolutely loved having the ceremony overlooking the ocean, it's such a beautiful location and is set up so well as to capture the spectacular view in the photos. It also set the scene beautifully for the reception which was relaxed and full of joy (but ran seamlessly) - just as we imagined! The thing we wanted, and loved most about the reception was that everyone was having so much fun - eating, dancing and mingling - instead of being stuck on a table making awkward conversation. We've been told by friends and family that it was the best and funest (not that that's a word) wedding they had ever been to. Everyone also loved the food...........and the quantity and service! The best thing about the food was that there was something that everyone would like - we had great comments about the oysters, the garlic prawns and a couple of my friends were stoked that there were pies and sausage rolls! And of course the cocktails were a big hit - not that I ended up even tasting mine thanks to the photos :(

When we were deciding on our wedding venue, we wanted somewhere that reflected "us". We didn't want anything too formal, we just wanted something different and to have a fun, stress-free and casual celebration for us and our guests. Which is exactly what we got. As soon as we walked into the funky cafe at Sorrento, had a chat to Kat and tried some of the food we knew we'd found the perfect location for us! Kat your fabulous, laid back, but professional and generous manner was just what we wanted. You allayed our fears about the quality and quantity of food, as well as, how the staff would deal with people flocking onto the food. You also gave us great advice on how to run the ceremony and reception and even put us onto great suppliers and photo locations. We will be eternally grateful for your calm and caring help on the wedding day. You and the rest of the staff really did go above and beyond to make everything perfect. Special thanks go to you for your help getting the bird poo off the groom!

Kyra you made the lead up to the wedding so easy and stress-free. Your fun, yet professional and reassuring e-mails and phone calls really made the process so easy and I had no doubt that everything would work perfectly on the day and that the special requests that we asked for would be carried out without fuss. Your enthusiasm really helped get me excited about the upcoming wedding and I feel very privileged that I could return the favour and help you out with the FAQ sheets.

The other thing we really appreciated about All Smiles is that everything (including having the ceremony there) is included in the price, not like a lot of other venues where you pay through the nose for every tiny extra thing that's above the bare minimum that they provide. We never felt like this was a profit making transaction, we felt like we were always dealing with people (and a company) who genuinely wanted to be part of our special day.

Needless to say, both of you made the preparations and our wedding day so easy and enjoyable! You are both genuine, generous and absolutely lovely people, who went out of your way to help us and to make our day great! We can't thank you enough! Please pass on our huge thanks to the rest of the staff who worked at the wedding too. We'll definitely head back down to All Smiles in the next few months to say hello and thank you in person.

I just wanted to write to thank you both so much for everything you did to make our wedding day so wonderful! You made life so easy and no request or question was to silly! We had a ball and so did all our guests. I cant believe how many comments i got from people saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I also had so many comments saying how amazing and friendly the staff were and that nothing was too hard.

Its a shame that it went so quick! I am going to have to try and talk one of our other friends into having their wedding there so i can actually try some food. I really wasn't up to eating too much on the night so i missed out. But i was told by everyone how amazing the food was!

I have attached a couple of pics for you to see too. I havent got the professional ones yet so these were just a few some friends took.

Honestly we cant thank you enough. You guys are amazing! We will def be down for some more Sunday breakfasts as they are so yummy!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for hosting our wedding on 15th October 2011.

We had the most amazing day; it was exactly the type of wedding we wanted! Everything went so smoothly thanks to All Smiles. We still cant believe that the sun came out just in time for the ceremony!

So many of our guests commented on what a great venue and setting it was and asked how we came across it. They also the loved the food and the relaxed, fun atmosphere at the wedding. I heard the oysters, ice-creams and fish and chip baskets were gone in seconds!

Many guests also complimented the staff on the fantastic service they provided and how well All Smiles catered for people with specific dietary requirements. The non-alcoholic cocktails were a huge hit amongst our pregnant friends who couldn’t believe how thoughtful it was to be included.

Kat was a particular hit amongst the guests who commented on her great service and fun nature!

Overall, Jamie and I had the best time, we couldn’t have asked for anything more, except to do it all over again at All Smiles!

We are just back from our honeymoon which was wonderful and I thought I would drop you a line to say hi.

Firstly thank you for arranging such a good day. For one the weather was amazing I can't believe that we had such great weather in August. Please pass on our thanks to your staff they made the night. Everyone comment on the quality of the food the next day. I thought you might like to see a few photos.

Just a quick note to say a BIG BIG BIG thank you for making our day so damn wonderful!!

No need to tell how much of a great time we had. All everyone keeps talking about is how good the food was but no surprises there. Couldn’t possibly have asked for a better party...the photos from the end of the night tell a ripper story – namely that everyone had a VERY VERY good time (and there was clearly no shortage of booze consumption – Ben and I included!).

Words can’t describe so you can just enjoy this “official” photo from the day instead....

Bruce and I would like to say thank you for making our wedding a wonderful day and for all that you did to make it a special  occasion.  We were happy the weather held, so we could have our ceremony outside. It was beautiful.

We would like to thanks to all the staff for making our day a precious one to remember.  A great day was had by all, we have not had a negative comment.  All our family and friends had a really great time, which is all we could ask for. The food was to die for, not only in taste, but also quantity.

It was a pity you had to leave early, as we all enjoyed giving our best rendition of "On the Road Again!!"  Your voice was sorely missed!!

Kyra - thanks for the follow up. I was intending to send an email as I wanted to give Kat a great big thank you as she was spectacular on the day. Also a big thanks to Kathy and Deb as they were fabulous on the night. Could you please pass this feedback onto the management for All Smiles.

We had so many comments from the guests about how spectacular the location was and how great the venue and service were.

I cannot believe we got married nearly two whole months ago. B I would be more than happy to provide a testimonial for you:

I do not know how to thank the All Smiles team for making our day the best day of our lives. B From the first time we met with Dean we knew that we wanted to have our wedding with All Smiles. B We wanted a casual yet spectacular day and that is exactly what we got! B The food was absolutely unbelievable and our friends and family have still not stopped talking about it, not just the quality but the quantity too! B We we assigned with a specific co-ordinator but if there was ever a time that Kyra wasn't available, we were never left without our queries answered, that was what made the process so easy, this was all before we even got to the wedding day. B When we got to our wedding day, there was not one thing that was too much trouble for the staff. B Throughout the whole night, there was not one thing that I was worried about. B It truly was the best day and night of our lives and there is no way it would have been as brilliant without All Smiles!!! B Kate & Clint

Words can’t describe how grateful we are that you made our night run so smoothly. The staff were so friendly and just wanted everyone to have a great time. Everyone I’ve spoken to has commented on what a great venue All Smiles is and how great the service was (as well as how much food was served of course). We will definitely recommend All Smiles whenever anyone wants a fantastic venue.

We had the most wonderful wedding possible. And we’ve spent most of the weekend reminiscing about what an incredible and memorable night we had. I’m so happy that the only thing I had to think about was my special day.

I’ll have photos for you as soon as I get them from the photographer. I have attached a couple of photos he sent to us. I really want to see the ones of me lying on the bar!!

I have been meaning to email you ever since the wedding to thank you for everything, but life has just been so busy!

The wedding day was great - the food (the very little that I had - too many people to talk to) was amazing, the wine was great and the weather even held until we finished photos (not for the ceremony though). Everybody has been raving about the food, the beauty of the venue and how helpful the staff were. All I want now is for someone I know to get married there so that I can properly enjoy the food and night!

We went on a honeymoon that Monday to Hamilton Island and did nothing but drink cocktails, eat food and read books. It was amazing. I probably wouldn't choose to hold a wedding again, but my word I would love to go on a honeymoon again. I think it needs to be an annual thing!

And thank YOU for being completely awesome to deal with! I really feel like I got out of the whole wedding planning thing - it wasn't overly stressful and a large part of that was because you and your venue being super amazing and organizing stuff. I think I also forgot to mention how amazing the cake was - the white chocolate one in particular. That felt like a total win because I know how much other people pay for their wedding cakes and I think mine was a lot tastier (and obviously much, much cheaper). I am definitely plugging for any opportunity to come out to you guys again!!

Hope everything is well for you and I sincerely hope that I have an excuse to see you and your amazing venue again!

To all the All Smiles staff – especially Kyra,

Glenn and I would like to thank you for all of your help with our wedding plans, making our wedding day so perfect, relaxing and so enjoyable, your nothing is a problem approach made the planning and the day so stress free, I knew that I was in great hands. Kyra you are just amazing and it was great to have your happy and smiling face to greet me at the car, you are a huge asset to All Smiles. Thank you for looking out for me on the night and making sure that I had something to eat (not that I had a chance to eat a lot) and loved that you even got up the dance floor and had a boogie with us.

The staff were great, Glenn had a couple of family members that had special dietary requirement and forgot point out who they were, but they advised the staff of their dietary requirement and the chef whipped them up something special and they were more than impressed that they were looked after.

Sunday 27th February 2011 @ All Smiles Sorrento Ocean Beach

Hello Dean, Kyra and Kat, 

I'd like to provide a glowing testimonial for All Smiles Sorrento for our wedding on Sunday 27th February this year. We chose All Smiles due to two things: the location (we wanted to show off the peninsula to visiting family and friends!) and the legendary service we'd heard so much about! Scott and I couldn't have been looked after more by Kat. Before the wedding, whilst trying to find a suitable celebrant, we met up with three possible candidates at All Smiles and were treated to free coffees by the staff! We were welcomed to wander around the place to take photos since I planned a lot of DIY wedding decorations. On the actual day they were super flexible with my family setting up decorations before the ceremony. I was greeted by Kat as I stepped out of the wedding car - she gave me the biggest smile, lots of warm encouragement and showed me where to wait and when to walk down the aisle. The service throughout the night was exemplary, with big grins on the staff faces and so much food! The platters just kept coming until people stopped eating! The tiny icecream cones were a standout for me! Later in the night staff packaged up the remaining wedding cupcakes and made sure guests left with them, which is something I'd never have thought of. A huge thank you to Kat, Kath, James, Deb and everyone else working on our wedding - you rock!!

We would like to say thank you to all the staff of all smiles for helping us make our big day so special and so fantastic, we had such a great time. A few months later our guests are still talking about it and saying how much of a great time they all had, and the food.. YUMMMM!! 
When ever i hear if someone getting married I tell them to check out all smiles. Highly recommending!!! We were looking for a party style wedding and not a boring sit down and that's exactly what we got. Best party of the year!!!
I want to say a BIG thank you to Kat, couldn't have done it with out her, she help us with our ups and down and was always warm and welcoming and always with a smile, she's ace :)

Dear Kyra and the All Smiles team

We would just like to say thank you so much for the amazing day that we had at our wedding on the 1st October 2010. We could not have been happier with our choice of venue. From the initial meeting you were fantastic.

We have had so many compliments on our wedding with a lot of our guests saying that it was one of the best they have ever been to.

The ceremony was set up perfectly and everything went off without a hitch thanks to the amazing staff that were always on the lookout.  All of the staff were brilliant and so helpful right up to the very end when we left.

The venue is amazing and perfect for a cocktail wedding! The cocktails were a big hit and oh my goodness the food! Our guests are still raving about the food, it was delicious and there was so much of it.

Our experience of the wedding (lead up and on the day) was just fantastic. We now want someone we know to get married here so we can enjoy the venue and the food from a guest’s perspective!

Firstly, i would like to thank you for everything you did for our wedding, it went so smoothly and i couldn't of done that without you and your organising.

Thanks so much for everything you did, we have the best day/night and i want to do it all over again. All the guests have not stopped raving about it, best wedding they have all been to so far....

Secondly, i would love you to pass onto Kat a HUGE thankyou from me.. She was fantastic that night... Wouldn't have gone so smoothly if it wasn't for her, and she could see i was stressing at times, and was always there to help.... So please tell her i say a MASSIVE thanks!!! She's a darling!!

All the staff on the night were great and the food was so yummy.... I cant fault anything All Smiles did that night and the venue was perfect!!

So thanks heaps again, and will hopefully see you soon at other weddings to come!!

The help we received was always fantastic and constantly put both of us at ease, which is important to us as we, were both very nervous leading up to the day. The day itself run exactly how we imagined which would not have been possible without you guys. We were looked after so well and we never had to worry about a thing which made the day and our experience that much better. All of our guests have been raving about the location and the food (both quality and quantity... what more could you want). The only thing both of us would like now is to convince more people to have their wedding at All Smiles so we get to come back. Thanks Again for making our day so wonderful

I can't believe our Wedding was 4 months and I am only just emailing you now, very slack. Thank you so much to you and your team for making our Wedding the most amazing day, it was far beyond what we expected it would be. You made everything so easy and stress free. Still four months later people are still raving about our Wedding, the venue, the food etc. I had many guests tell me they were concerned when they recieved the invite to find it was a cocktail Wedding, worried that they were not going to get fed. Many guests on the night and after the Wedding tell me how full they were and that the food was supberb, I couldn't have agreed more. Being a chef myself I was amazed at the quality and quantity of the food, what an amazing job by yourself and your staff.

The venue was just stunning we have so many beautiful photos. I would definately recommend this venue to friends and family and I am sure many of our guests will do the same. A few of our guests telling us it was the best Wedding they had ever been to and that is a credit to you and your staff. It was such an easy process for both Craig and I and we were so calm on the day. So thank you to you and your team for making it a day we will treasure forever.

Once again thank you so much Kyra you were an absolute pleasure to deal with for our Wedding we could not have asked for anyone better. Definately the best Wedding Venue in Melbourne, don't forget it took us five years to find you guys but once we did there was no way we were going to have it anywhere else!

Thanks you so very very much for making our New Years Eve wedding the fantastic success that it was. Firstly, the staff and second to none. You were all such a joy to be around and the smiles never left your faces. You just need to improve your dancing.....lol. The service was gold class, and as for the food....WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW.....not much more needs to be said about that :))))

The warmth you all gave to everyone was beautiful.

I would just like to say a GIGANTIC thank you to everyone at the All Smiles Team for our wedding back on 8-9-10 at your Sorrento Venue.  Everyone had a fantastic time, the beverages were fantastic and our guests could not get over the constant supply of scrumptious food.  The service was paramount to none and Kat did an amazing job and made our special day perfect, as did all of the staff on board.  Kat relaxed us from the first moment until the minute we left and made everyone feel at ease and welcome.    

Thank you again to you also who made the organising of our wedding seamless.  We will be highly recommended to all.

Firstly, apologies in the terrible delay in getting this to you, our poor excuse is that we have been out of Australia (and still are) on our extended honeymoon!!

We want to thank you for your professional, yet relaxed and extremely helpful attitude in the lead up to our wedding.  Nothing was too much trouble, and this made dealing with All Smiles an absolute pleasure.  On the day Kat and the other friendly service staff were fantastic and made sure that everything ran smoothly, and that our guests were satisfied and well looked after.

We couldnt or asked for a better crew for staff as everyone was so friendly.... as for the food, everyone is raving about it especially the mini icecreams!!!  I didnt eat as much as i would have liked ( regardless of the fact you guys were trying your hardest to get me to eat!) but i did get a few champagnes in!!!
 
Kyra, you were a pleasure to liase with, there was no stress or fuss and i felt like nothing was ever a drama for you guys, and if there was you kept a big smile on your face!
